• Assessment Data: Responses to our proprietary 32-question assessment matrix, archetype preferences, and evaluation criteria.
• Transaction Data: Purchase history, credit balances, and billing records.

2. Payment Processing & Third-Party Services

• Payment Processor: Payment processing for assessment credits and subscriptions is handled securely by Stripe, Inc.
• PCI-DSS Compliance: Credit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes are collected directly by Stripe and are never stored or hosted on Align & Hire servers.
• Stripe Privacy Terms: Payment transactions are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. Double-Blind Candidate Protection

• Matching Algorithm: Assessment data is processed to evaluate culture baseline alignment and kinetic emotional intelligence fit.
• Double-Blind Discovery: Candidate contact details remain strictly anonymous until a candidate explicitly opts in to reveal their profile to a matched employer.

4. Data Subject Rights & Deletion Protocols

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your profile and assessment records by contacting alignandhirenow@gmail.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
