## Step 1 — 4-Minute DNA Mapping
- 16 slider questions, each scored 1 (low anchor) to 10 (high anchor), describing how work actually gets done.

## Step 2 — Double-Blind Encryption
- Candidate and employer answer independently; neither can see or shape the other's answers before finishing their own.

## Step 3 — Relational Alignment Report
- For every question the absolute difference between employer baseline and candidate score is computed.
- Differences greater than 3 points are flagged as alignment gaps — named friction points to discuss before hiring.
